PAINTING
As well as a photographer I am an established painter, specializing in still life and landscape.
I paint in a wide variety of styles from the figurative through to the more abstracted.My influences are many, from my own photography through to many early and mid 20th century painters. Oil on board is my usual method, abstracting from pencil sketches, or painting directly, either in the open air or in my studio.
